    Here is a good idea, people! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION!

    Pirates.

    My idea is, a Pirate game.

    In it, there will be features like this
    Gang Ranks. (NOT STAFF RANKS)
    Captain (Owner)
    First Mate (Admin)
    Second Mate (Mod)
    Cabin Boy (Member)
    PVP Area.
    Islands.
    Houses.
    Ships.
    Safe zones to store items, loot, and other things.
    Ports.
    Guns.
    Flintlock (High Damage, Medium accuracy, and slow reload) 100 Doubloons.
    Musket (Medium Damage, High accuracy, slow reload) 1500 Doubloons.
    Illegal Guns.
    Machine Gun (High Damage, Low accuracy, medium reload) 4000 Doubloons.

    Please reply if you agree with this idea and reply if you want to add anything to my idea!

    If it's exactly like wild west, what's the point of creating it? It doesn't sound worth it to me.

    This would only be unique if there was a way to have actual ships and naval battles. That sounds awfully laggy, but I'd bet there's a way to do it.

    This would be cool but, the way I'm thinking of it could be possibly hard to develop/code. How would you code running/moving water and of course, the moving ships, this would be a interesting thing to see but definitely will be very buggy at beta stages :smile:.

    It might be like wild west, but a new theme to it...I would want the idea, since I can change my profile picture from Clint Eastwood, to Captain Jack Sparrow, anyways, can ya guys read my sheriff app? I be waiting for it to be accepted or denied.

    There have been plugins out for years of things like this. They have required blocks a ship must have, but when those are met you can right click a stick or something and move the ship. The ship then just moves one block at a time, rather than an (nearly impossible) fluid transition. Speed up how many 1 block movements it does in a second and the ship goes by really fast.

    Think that was called movecraft or something. It was a Bukkit mod (Not sure what servers even RUN anymore though). I remember using it on certain servers and it was really fun.

    You're right. I ran it on a server and it was one of my favorite mod-less plugins. It completely changed Minecraft. But yeah. Outdated af haha

    Oh it's basically a game involving slime cannons which are mechanically used to destroy the platform the other teams are standing on. Slime and red stone would probably be the biggest help in making these types of ships.

    Yes PaniK, It will be something like that, or it can be command blocks shooting explosives like fire charges, arrows, and tnt, as cannonballs, fire charges can be scatter shots, tnt is a heavy cannonball, and arrows will be used to keep the enemies keeping cover, and you can buy small boats, that can have a maximum of 2 players on it, that move across the seas, I think those will be the vanilla minecraft boats, but coded to have 2 people on it, and it will have chests....What do you think, anyone?
