    Some may argue that 15 seconds is a long wait for those who hop servers but I hop myself and it is not difficult to get into a safe area and wait 15 seconds. Although the 50 block range system would not be a bad alternative.

    I totally disagree! What happens in the situations of battery crashing, lagging, or getting ddosed happens while someone is close. Then you lose your stuff to nothing. The old system is fine. Also when a moderator is switching between servers, it would be annoying as @GreenPeas_ said.
