    I'd like say one last thing. You guys should look up Lee Strobel. He was an atheist who was converted to Christianity from an investigation he conducted on historical evidence for Jesus.
    He wrote a book on his research called "The Case for Christ", and there's even a movie made about him with the same name. It actually has good reviews, 79% on Rotten Tomatoes.

    We will make sure to see this. If I am not impressed by the proof he has, IF he has any, then I convert into nothing.

    I like calling myself human, not atheist. I hate being categorized/differ.

    Yeah isn't it funny? We're 'Athiests' by default when we are born.

    And since numbers are the end all be all, looks like Gehenna is gonna convert to Islam soon!

    I for one enjoyed this debate, whether it be reading through the various debate points or writing up my own. It was a good place for different groups to talk, and while we all disagree fundamentally on many things I think that everyone stayed, for the most part, civil. Also, cudos to those who continually stuck through this from the start. I think that shows real dedication no matter what your religious beliefs are.

    How can you say that Mormons and Muslims are corrupt while the Catholic church has had many instances of corruption.

    I'm not Catholic, so I don't really care about the Catholic church. It does indeed have its problems and always has. I don't believe the Catholic church is what God desires in Christianity.
    I will give it this. The Catholic church has been such a descent foundation of Christianity, that I believe without the Catholic church, Christianity would not be as big as it is today, so God made a good thing come out of it.
    God has a knack of taking bad things and making good come out of them, not that the Catholic church is entirely bad.

    I'm just glad I ditched when I did; reading through the bits I missed was an exercise in deja vu.
