A guide book.

Dear god please dont make us waste a slot with this everytime we spawn. Great idea, would take some work to write the book, but not coding. It should be for sale for 1g from the tutorial npc or something, but please don't add it to spawn items.

 

We have a tutorial (it's kinda lame tbh) but we also have links to the Wiki that pop up every now and then. A guide book would be a good thing to have, but as Dsawemd said it'd waste a hotbar slot. There is /help too, which gives you some info.

 

I don't forsee this being useful. Realistically, we already have so many sources of information available, that if you're not going to read through the stuff we already have like /help, the wiki, fellow players, etc then you're 99% not going to read the book. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.

 

I agree at the idea that there should be something were you can get information in-game. But I think this isn't the best way. So +/-0.

 

+1, sell it at tutorial person for 2g.

 

I think it would be usefull! Think about those situations when you just don't know what to do! And then you just pull a Book out and check what you need out of it. And of course when you are heading somewhere, why don't read the stuff that you need to know in that place.
