    Yes, buying a rank for war now will give you the rank on the new war. Buying a booster will do the same.

    Yeah, it has been a while. In Brawl's defence, the delay was due to poor management by an owner who has since left, which is why I don't blame Brawl in it's current state for it taking so long.
