2.0 Opinions - What do you think So far!

I'm definitely not a fan of the new gun recoil mechanic. You get glitched back a bit if you jump while shooting or when you're bobbing =/

 

How so?

 

when fista made VIP it was all of vip vs noobs, but now its more equal

 

Cons of this: I'll agree this is so annoying and that it annoyed me a little (I keep spamming lolol)

Pros of this:Well in war 1.0 people who had crossbow or a almost Insta kill gun where impossible to kill and ruined people's kdr. I feel like now they won't make the shoot 100% of the time and there's a better chance of killing them.

 

Personally I think that it came 4 years too late.

Agreed. Using a shotgun is like using Signature's feather to tickle people.

 

A pretty important one as well.

 

except for the clunky mechanics regarding bullets and their hitboxes (problems such as shotgun shots or shots overall not registering), the gamemode is pretty good and mostly was worth the 4 year wait.
Jump-shooting being removed was also a good new addition, since most of the generic monstercat music nuke videos relied on that "strategy".
However, I see a reoccurance in using the AK47 or the barrett 50cal along with the FN 57.

I know that's what the thread is for, but I'd say 2.0 came about 4 years too late for me to actually give feedback. All that's left to do is hammer in the memes.

 

The biggest issue is that the response is not as "snappy" as in old war...
Hit detection is iffy..
Tomahawks dont always throw when u click..
The accuracy feels.... wierd... might just be because i cant see where my bullets are going tho

 

The tomahawk has to 'reload', you cant throw it right away when you select it, you gotta wait 2-3 seconds, that might be your issue, I havent had any issues with the tomahawk so far.

 

Tomahawks can’t be thrown right when you pull it out. I’d you notice, when you switch to it there is a good bar in your action bar like a loading period. I believe the delay is 1 second

Opinion: Better then expected, worth the 4 year wait, popular and decently smooth gameplay, not too many bugs, texture pack is clear, Faser paced and more guns which I enjoy

 

I haven't played 2.0 and I doubt I ever will but it really doesn't look like enough was added to justify a 4 year wait, seems like a waste of resources outside of the fact that it means war 2.0 isn't just fake news.
