    ye cuz courts definitely want to waste their time on a concept that 2 servers made the same gamemode out of when that exact gamemode has existed in games other than minecraft for years already i got u

    The title "Hunger Games" is trademarked.

    A battle royale gamemode is not.

    We're not calling this PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS. That's a problem. Calling it Battle Royale is not.
