    I've already run through this with @Trogy and @GetShadowRealmed in forum PMs with many more things but this one I wanted opinions on publicly to see if people would like it.

    The Idea is to add another 1v1 to the duels called "Sumo" pretty simple probably have seen it on other servers and is very popular and could have a lot of potential on brawl too. Basically, you have no armor no soups literally nothing in your inventory, you spawn in on a small platform where you cannot move for 3 seconds after those 3 seconds you are able to move and your objective is to knock the other person off the platform to win the first person to get 3 wins, wins the 1v1.

    Sumo is fun initself. Personally however, before this is implemented Brawl needs to fix their god-awful host.

    Honestly wouldn't be that hard to do. The arena honestly wouldn't be hard to make. We have smaller 1v1 arenas already built outside of the original ffa arena. If we just world edited it and fixed up a middle platform, it be done within 20-30 minutes if even that.
    The 3 seconds at the beginning is the only problem I see with this. However you want to do this as a mini event so I'm sure a staff member could just count down.

    Yes! Sumo is a fun, quick easy game. I think it should be added, I see no reason that it can't. Also, it's fun to left click :smile:

    Sumo would be fun but is isn't this just coping a server now? Also I was on this weekend and barley saw anyone log on kit over this three day weekend. I have waited a while on replying to this for that reason and it seems we need players before we can even do sumo :/

    You don't need many players for sumo considering this is a thread about adding it to a 1v1 I'm pretty sure we have more than 2 players.

    Sumo has been around for years even on people's little mess around survival servers for fun, and if it's doing well on another server and people want it on brawl considering it's something simple to add I don't see why not.

    This is essentially a duel based off of Minecraft's knockback, which is super inconsistent and ping-based. I'd definitely never play this, but as it's easy enough to implement, why not.

    SkykandKits has sumo and it's the only popular 1v1 on there (it's a much larger server than kitbrawl). It's actually quite enjoyable but ping and other stuff will definitely effect it. Could say the same for any PvP though.

    I have played this once, and I think it was enough to say that it was great and I would like to see it in KitPvP. Easy to make in my opinion +1.

    Aside from this we could also host sumo tournaments every now and then. During the tournament players will be placed out of the platform while 2 players would be randomly picked in the beginning and then 2 players every time one them gets K.Oed.

    I think using the website we used during the Raid event would be fine with the idea above.

    I like this idea but.
    1. Too many cheaters.
    2. Too many laggers.
    3. The kb is very bad for sumo.
    4. Hit detection wouldn't be good for sumo.
    5. Brawl needs a new host.
    6. Too many fixes needing to be done just for this one game mode.
    These are the things that i think would make sumo difficult. I'm gonna have to do a -1 I'm afraid. I don't think this would work out on brawl.

    Sumo is a very good way to practice to combo and strafing, yet I'm afraid that there are too many hackers, and they will easily suck all the fun out of the gamemode.
