    There should be a option to toggle the scoreboard so it would not get in the way of pvping.

    Have you thought about changing your GUI scale - By default it is on Auto, however changing it to something smaller can make the scoreboard far less intrusive.

    To do so:
    Esc -> Options -> Video Settings -> GUI Scale

    If you are worried about the fact chat becomes much smaller, you can also change the size of that independently to your liking, to do so:
    Esc -> Options -> Multiplayer Settings -> Various Chat Settings

    I am on normal GUI scale and my screen looks like so:

    Doesn't intrude at all really, hopefully this helps.

    It does - the scoreboard is sized by your MC client depending on your GUI scale. For example, here is the exact same screenshot except with a large GUI

    Its better to get rid by toggling though it wont get in the way

    I dont see the difficulty... You can simply type /sb off in Hardcore games, why cant it be made possible for raid?
