Idea Killstreak balances

Some killstreaks are much better or much worse than others and need some balances. Here are my ideas of balances after using them alot.

Counter UAV: Fix the bug causing it to counter your own team's UAV and make it gives you a mini UAV for like 3-5 seconds.

RC-XD car: bigger blast radius. Pretty weak as of now if you can get lucky and get a triple kill of bunched up people, a 6ks for a small car of one use seems pretty weak.

Predator Missile: 5-6 Killstreak change. Why would you go for a predator missile when you could have a sentry which is op?

Emergency Airdrop: 13-14 killstreak cange. Too much value for 12 ks.

Stealth Bomber: Tnt in a larger radius, currently the tnt looks like this: .-. the tnt should be more spread out and look something more like: - - -

AC-130: 20 killstreak change. Too much value for 20ks

Chopper Gunner: Signatured working on making it have spash damage

EMP: 15 Killstreak like in old war. Its use right now is pretty bad and very situational.

Nuke: Kill enemies with spawn protection. Even if you are spawn camping, its petty annoying getting a nuke and having the whole enemy team have spawn prot so you get like a 2 kill nuke.
