Helper not able to interact with maps older than its addition

    Well, self-explaining title.
    I tested this with my buddy from school and it comes out that players with the permission of "Helper" are not able to build on maps they are permed on that are older than the time that Helper was added.

    Now that's a hypothesis I made in the 3rd line. It's not 100% sure if this happens to all maps before the addition of Helper. We tested two old maps, one his, one mine and two new maps accordingly.

    Its happen to me too, with lekosa1 and he said helper perms doesn't work on old maps, Absolutely needs to be fixed
