So battle royal died

    Look I know I just got back to brawl, but I can tell that this gamemode is dead. I'll log on wild west to check whatever and I can't help but notice the players on battle royal. What I'm getting at is the population is gone. Theres usually 4-5 people on and considering the gamemode, that doesn't make it encouraging to play it. Maybe I'm mistaken, but honestly It didn't do to hot from the start.
    I also don't really have an idea of how to get the player base back... other than events or advertising I guess.

    Both of those will simply make more players try the gamemode. We get plenty of new players, we just don't get enough players to stick around and play for very long. We need to improve player retention, not the amount of new players we get.

    There is only like 1 player on a server a day. Was this gamemode ever popular or did it just die quickly? Once again, another original gamemode dying really fast.

    The idea of having a H1Z1 remake on Minecraft was, in hindsight, actually a good idea. However, considering that half of Brawl's gamemodes involve guns, certain experienced players will make the game less enjoyable for those trying out guns for the first time. Brawl never really screwed up with player retention, the gamemode was going to die out due to that one simple fact.
