Allow us to build lava walls.

Ever heard of Build?

 

Causes lag, not just ms but fps for most of the players that are at spawn. Don't build that kind of unnecessary stuff near spawn if you don't want to be banned.

 

Excuse me? I mean I'm not sure what kind of trip you're on right now, but lava is a constantly moving entity and therefore needs to be updated every second by both server and client.
Build normal walls and use your brain before causing massive issues and lag for other players.

 

Lava isn't an entity but it does block update frequently. Same with water. I'm not entirely sure why Raid has such an issue with it because Build can handle it fine for the most part.

 

He's surrounding the entire spawn with lava walls, all four sides. That's a **** load of constantly updating blocks. I doubt anyone builds such a massive lava wall on build.

If you are the only one saying there isn't lag, shouldn't you have the brain cells to deduce you're in the wrong?

 

To simplify it for you the server is able to take a certain amount of load before it will effect game speed and show signs of lag. Lava walls put a large load on the server, if not much is happening on raid the server might handle the extra load just fine, but if there is a koth on and a lot of player doing stuff the server won't be able for the extra load of a lava wall and will lag out.
When we had the lag in 1.8 and game speed was 70% a small lava/water/cobblestone generating wall would bring it to 3%.
