Help me understand

First of all, and it's rather strange how I reply first, I don't even know who "Gready_Bee" is, and if you mean me, no, I don't hate you.
From what I saw you were extremely immature, judging from the way you handled that conversation w/ me, and you were new.
Mod quality is... meh. There's those apps that really stand out, then there are those that are meh, yours was meh.

 

Well first if all, you need to put more effort into your Applications. Short, not detailed Applications usually get denied. Second, just because you are active in TS3, in-game, and on the Forums, doesn't exactly mean you will instantly get Moderator. Many people also have all of these qualities, and still get denied. Another 'fatal flaw' if your is that you joined the Forums November 9th, and already have 250 posts. Yes, the amount if posts you have does show that you are 'active' (as long as they are helpful, non spam posts) on the forums, but the fact that you joined November 9th is not helping you. People may deny you for they feel you are not as experienced in the community as others lowering your chances. So here is my suggestion to you: wait. You already have what... Two denied Applications (may I also point out you have two denied Applications, and you haven't even been registered a month. You have to wait one month to reapply, which you did not)? Might want to save your third, for it may be your last. I suggest waiting until around January-February to reapply, to maximize your chances. Best of luck to you.

 

Usually, if you get denied multiple times, your chance of getting moderator is diminished.
Also, your applications are short and lack detail. You showed immaturity multiple times.
You're also relatively new.. having joined on the 9th of this month. :I
