    Hey guys-

    I got raided (yeah, it even happens to me...) in the last 12 hours or so. I had a sorting vault that I used to sort items out for sale, and warp there very occasionally to drop things off.

    I warped in and found the following mess, claimed by none other than SUB. My first thought was gg, good track, hope they enjoyed the vault (even though it was pretty much empty).

    But things got very curious. I decided to look around and see how they got there- a very quick look around showed that they came in through a single tunnel, conveniently at the same height and X-Coordinate of my base:

    I decided to follow it back to it's source since this looked strange. After walking over 2000 blocks, in a straight line, I followed it to a corner. Apparently from 2000 blocks away, someone dug an absolute straight line to my base...

    Going further back from that corner, I also realized that the base was approached from around 1000 blocks to get to the precise X coordinate.

    In the final pic, I am standing in a nethercave that ascends from below all the way up to the top.

    So here's what the raid looked like to me. Someone appeared to first go to a location around 3000 blocks away, went to the precise Y-coordinate from a cave, dug to the precise X-coordinate, and then continued to the precise Z-coordinate. They did not even search for my base- there were no other corners, and this was not the tunnel I originally dug to my base since I approached it from y=5 and dug up from there.

    My challenge to you is to legit explain how someone can get precise X, Y, and Z coordinates from a tracker. I'll pay a month of Elite for a legit explanation.

    They probably xray'd your base covered up their tracks and dug outwards so the appearance wouldn't be that it was xray, but rather luck.

    Idk, I feel like you'd have to be a special kind of stupid to think that digging 2k blocks from the side would be less suspicious than straight down, If it was xray, and they were smart they could have just made it look like a legit hard search. Is there anyone who could have found out the cords or let into the base a while ago?

    It probably wasn’t even SuB who raided it, signs can easily be faked. My suggestion would be to PM @Eil the coords and then just wait.

    If you stack 25 regular trackers ( each 25 narrow) next to each other (diagonally), you can get exact coords from a track, if you've already narrowed to 25.

    Dont you remember this base?
    This is Colonel_Graff's base that I found on end of MAP2.
    I arrived here by chance when trying to make a tracker for Nether.

    There are straight tunnels made by many people at the top and bottom of the Nether.
    If a straight tunnel is connected to your broken base, it is not Xray.
    However, if an unnaturally bent tunnel leads to your broken base, it is Xray.

    and i dont think a real SuB member would call it "SUB" instead of "SuB"

    If this was sleeq's find...
    who travels at the top of nether?
    because sub actually did that -_- and it doesnt give y cords
    or you can get a narrow and xray or just xray

    i guess strooder wins :/

    Yeah, but the raider had no intention to make a tracker because he didn't cover his tunnels back.

    That is the only way to find exact coords from a track. Maybe we did this or maybe we got lucky. Anyways, searching for a nether base at the top of the nether is essential.

    Top of nether = less lava and caves meaning easier to get to destination

    It's called being lucky travelling to the raid at the Y value, and then travelling X first, then from the X travelling the Z value and mining into the 25x25 radius. Isn't really hard to do just lucky.

    If you narrow to 25x25 and dig to the center, it isn't all that unlikely to dig straight into a base. It's also much more likely to be dug straight into if it's near bedrock. With that being said, a certain SuB member is suspicious.

    i gave them the secret way to track bases, put 1 loaf of bread down, 12 ender pearls surrounding the singular loaf of bread, and a strand of my hair. then they chant these words.

    Bam DIRECT cords to the base.
    I'll take that 1 month Elite now fren.
