    Hello.

    My ingame name is Epicfurno. I was level 46 on my first prestige. Then in a laggy game I got reset to no prestige, no deaths, no hours, no assists, and no lvl. I still have my guns. I don't no what happened. My discord tag is Epicfurno#9597 if you can contact me.

    Have you checked if the issue persists after a server reboot?

    Its still happening. gone to other war servers but still. I rebooted my computer many times swell.

    My stats were about 27300 kills, 14000 deaths, 3600 assists, 8 days 10 hrs about, and a kdr of 1.802, and lvl 46 prestige lvl 1

    Can you be more specific about when exactly this happened (date, time, and after doing what) and what happened as you logged in and begun playing?

    Also, can you provide a guess of what your stats were so we can restore those while we look into this? Trying to also pull a backup.

    I noticed before lvl 5 about when I logged off my lvl was back to 1. It happened on January 4th at around 12:00-1:00. It happened during a very laggy game with more than 30 people. I started to lag, then my game crashed. When I came back on I noticed the grenadier loadout was equipped. Then I saw most of my stats got reset. My computer doesn't have a good backup system as well.

    my stats were around 27300-27400 kills, about 14000, 3600 assists, 8 days and 10 hrs, a kdr of 1.8.02 (my deaths are probably inaccurate or my kills are), an accuracy of about 1.1%, lvl 46 and I prestige once.

    Ok, we were able to restore your statistics (besides from level and exp) 100% accurately to what they were (and what you gained in the last couple of days). We took your word on your level and exp.

    Everything should be good now?

    Thanks. I just logged on. I was lvl 46 but now Im back to lvl 15 D: all the other stats are back tho.

    Everything other than being lvl 46 last I checked is great tho. Thanks a lot.

    just 1 problem... on the leaderboard me and Hinoth's kill streak part is kinda messed up XD. I know my best was 38 instead of over 10,700
