Brawl Junior Moderator Application​

Before you move on to reading this: I sincerely apologize for my arrogant behavior and for the way I acted during my last application that I had submitted in May. This is something I am regretful of up to this day and I want to say that I have no intentions acting like that ever again.

What is your in-game name? - My current in-game name is "NickManEA". The name hasn't been changed for over than 8 months now and it is not due to anytime soon. The full list of my name changes can be found here.

Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - Yes, it is migrated and secured with a strong password and authorization questions.

How old are you? - I am currently 14. (As of Jan. 29th).
What time zone are you in? - Eastern European Time, UTC +2, but here we practice DST, which changes our time zone to Eastern European Summer Time, UTC +3, during summer.
Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I can speak English in B2 level and Greek as a native language but I can also speak basic French, and understand basic German and Russian.
I am still learning French at school.

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - My first experience of Brawl heads us back to late Spring of 2015 when my friend and I joined the server starting off at MinecraftParty. I enjoyed the game mode but later that season my friend vanished completely not to be seen ever again.
I soon discovered about the other game modes and I was enthusiastic to check all of them out. So that happened.
I loved Minecraft Build the most of all, I felt it suited me, a peaceful and calm place it was. By the end of the summer, same year, I had already made enough friends some of which are some of the best I currently have.
I applied and to my surprise, was accepted as a sheriff on Wild West in the summer of 2016. I held the role for two months and then I resigned. Later on, I replied in early 2017 and was accepted again. I am under the tag of Sheriff ever since then.
In 2017, I became more attached to MinecraftBuild than I was ever before resulting in 3 staff applications that year. My last one had been a regretful failure which made me realize I had to change and calm my self. Summer did a great job for that.
By now I have made loads of friends and gained plenty of experience throughout many of the game modes.
What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I have experience moderating in two servers in the past, both of which were small and both of which are dead but not shut down.
Angels Underground and Frozen were both owned by the same person and one consisted the new version of the last one:

• Angels Underground: It was a small factions server, just like its successor, and had a daily player base of 15~ players, though, a medium community of different players. The requirements to be accepted as a staff member were low so I was promoted to Admin (although it had the same power as MOD in Brawl), along with two old friends of mine in 2013. We moderated the server although we mostly had nothing to do other than warn a few players, or in some cases ban a few hackers.
• Frozen: It was a small factions server as well, with a daily player base that did not exceed 10 players. A JMOD rank had been implemented slightly after the server's release. It was very similar to a Brawl JMOD. As an Admin on the previous server, I was promoted to JMOD instantly, with my tasks being kicking hackers and continuous violators and mute chat violators.

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I want to become a staff member on Brawl because it has always been my dream becoming a staff member on the server I am passionate about. I feel I can aid the current staff team by joining it, therefore aiding the server to become a better place by helping its players.
I also believe I am active enough on the server throughout the day, and I could cover the European time zone that other current staff members on my server aren't active on (I highly respect their job though whenever I see them online). This time zone has one of the biggest player bases on MinecraftBuild and I often see situations when the Global chat gets very heated and out of control. I am willing to take care of that.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes. Both in multiplayer and singleplayer. I am planning to use them privately on a server my friend and I will temporally host so as to get a better understanding of them and their mechanics.
Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - Yes, I have been punished in the past.

Once it was on Hypixel, back in 2015. During a few SkyWars, I tried to fly to the middle using Fly Hacks and therefore I was permanently banned.

As for Brawl, my last hack punishment isn't newer than 2015 and my last chat punishment was back in 2016. I have a screenshot of my Discipline History that was taken before the Ban Wipe:


My current history is clean.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - My will to help the server and its people while getting satisfaction and fulfillment through the act.
Another thing I would consider a strength is the fact I am not very competitive - I couldn't care less about losing my killstreaks, dying or losing a game. I have never felt bad of that. Others and duty come first.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? -
My weakness has been for a long time my sensitive feelings and mood swings. Though I have worked on them for a very long time now, grown stronger and I feel I have eliminated them almost completely. Even if I feel bad for something I don't ever show it.
Sometimes to people, I seem to be offended though, in reality, I am not.
Which Brawl server(s) are you most active on? - The server I am most active on is MinecraftBuild. After that comes Wild West and then follows KitPvP with WAR 2.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - I have made 5 staff applications in the past, therefore this is my 6th.
What is the date of the last application you submitted? - May 14, 2017.
Do you have TeamSpeak? - Yes, I have TeamSpeak 3 and I am trying to be as active as possible and not exceed activity of that less than 5 times per month.

Thank you! As for your concern, I will try use as much common sense as I can to distinguish offenses between jokes through the experience I will gain. I am a quick learner after all. Still, thank you
