Demote Cuddled?

How is having her on the team detrimental to Brawl?

 

Because she has a spot, and she's not doing anything. It doesn't mean she's a bad person, it's just someone could be promoted in her place. I wouldn't kick her off, maybe demote instead of completely removing her. She's probably busy, life gets hectic.

 

I don't care if she's demoted or not. Would be nice to have her back though :v

 

If staff didn't say things like "we have too many mods for ____ gamemode already" and "you need more forum activity to become staff" it wouldn't be an issue. Double standards and hypocrisy make this a problem. Brawl staff is undermining its own validity at this point.

I would love to see someone step up and follow through with a fix for this.

I don't care if it’s something as simple as creating an “inactive staff” status and moving inactives to a different category at the bottom of the staff page. It would be better than this mess, and open up space for more people to take initiative in new role openings.

I honestly hate threads like this. Instead of demoting why not just have someone else actively do her job until she comes back?

This shouldn't be an argument. What about legit any other inactive staff member, I guess they can all stay and take up spots as well since it's not "detrimental".

temporarily demote, whatever, just do something until she comes back.

Honestly since she's just not here, I think she should get a special rank of some sort that all staff could use, so something like a black "Inactive Staff" tag that staff can give themselves.

 

At this point, there have been many threads about Cuddled to the point where some of these really aren't necessary. It's not like it was entirely her fault. Stop shaming on her and worry about more important things. Instead of suggesting to demote staff members, suggest to promote some. People work hard, some not getting what they deserve. Instead of suggesting demotions, suggest ideas that will help us keep Brawl as a whole server. There are just so many things to talk about. We get it, we are frustraded too. But this is NOT the solution. She has plans of coming back soon, not SoonTM, like soon soon. Please now. Stop with these threads, all they do is demotivate people and could quite possibly demotivate her from coming back.

 

If she took a brief moment to login from her Snapchat machine I'm sure she could come in and defend herself lol

 

I agree its hard to believe she can't log into forums at least once over the past 7 months but this isn't Law and Order. You aren't a lawyer and she hasn't committed a crime. There is nothing to defend

If she comes back then she comes back. If she doesn't then she doesn't. It isn't as if Brawl is dying because the staff manager is afk.

Demoting her accomplishes nothing other than satisfying some forum trolls and making it even less likely that she will come back - and I hope she does
