    Instead of writing the same idea, I think it's better to bump this.

    It's been mentioned very frequently and devs haven't implemented yet. Why? Is it that hard. Maybe just keeping whatever you had before being arrested will be enough - even illegals if you weren't inspected. I mean, I don't think it's good, but if it's easier to implement, I can go for it more than the current system.
