Idea New Koth Loot

    In my opinion there should be more different types of kothkeyloot. Maybe enchanted books, beacons,maybe a haste2 potion if possible, Special brewing stuff like these round fishes, or slimeballs.
    And add more obby / iron blocks to the current loot. 3 stacks obby + a half stack iblocks is very few imo. All loot types should be equal in "gold value"

    Ry23an had the idea of 1 end portal frame each win. I don't see the harm in it, but it would be cool to add

    Adding onto it: it would be cool to have some sort of crafting piece earned by winning koths. Things like the end portal, some custom boss alter or simply crafting multiple keys for a super key

    We’ll certainly try to buff the KOTH loot, but perhaps for next map so we can release a whole bunch of cool things then rather than release a lot of mini things now. Right now though we’re definitely listening to ideas and taking notes of things we think could work and make the KOTH more rewarding. Question though: Should we have a lot of loot ranging from decent to good available or a decent amount of really good rewards. So basically quality > quantity or quantity > quality.

    @AnonymousGalaxy Thank you dor considering my ideas. I think there should be a mixture of high value loot and things like brewing stuff( but if so really a lot)
    I would like to have all loot options equally valuable. Right now if you get the bow with the skull its like you got nothing. Add some more things to those loot options.

    I think bugs should be fixed first IMO. Doesn't make a lot of sense as @AnonymousGalaxy said to add tiny stuff now and leave problems open. I think a thorough bug check should be done right before the EOTM.

    About 2 people have the problem with regilling,lne of them doesnt play raid more than once in 2 weeks. There wont be a map reset #soon.

    Even tho I have only ever got obby/ore/mushi egg from the kith loot I like the way the loot is not the same value

    I think it would be nice to have an npc where you can exchange the key for 200g instead of risking it at the chest too
    It would tie in nice with a gambling npc

    Yes and I didn't use the Watzlawick-Model today because I didn't feel like it, as I said I didn't mention or mean the refill issue.

    I'd like to see you being able to trade a key for key powder. There would be two types of key powder - Red key powder (redstone dust renamed to "Red Key Powder") and yellow key powder (glowstone dust renamed to "Yellow Key Powder"). You would receive a random amount (1-3) of one of the two key powders every time. This key powder could be used to craft a "Super Key." the crafting recipe would basically be like TNT but the sand is replaced with glowstone dust.
    The "Super Key" would obviously have crazy loot which I still haven't come up with.

    or what 0rcale suggested.

    I think just having to craft 4 keys for a super one would be a little easier to implement and to keep track of.

    And as an additional reward to loot say there is an added chance to get 2-3 extra keys so that the super keys seem slightly more tangible.

    Can you elaborate on which bugs need fixing, other than the refilling (which has been altered anyway), and boats?

    Uhh I actually think that was it, I was being overly melodramatic :stuck_out_tongue:

    I'm pretty sure there's a few bugs regarding item movement outside of inventories, but I hate to be vague so I'll try and get some evidence (items bugging around and stuff xd)
