    Due to the frequent reboots (a good thing) players often leave and don't join back to the new server. My idea is to automatically teleport the players of the rebooting server to another War server, instead of the Lobby.

    Yes this would greatly help the server not to die after a reboot. If it is easy to send players to hub I would imagine sending them to another lobby is the same, but I don't know for sure.

    Would sure be a great addition but we would have to make a detection system so that if there’s already another server that’s almost full or full you are sent to the next one with less players.
    I’d say it should aim to sending players to the server with most players, because that’s what most people like, being with many people on a game however what I said above should apply too.

    This is a great idea. As you said, often times at the restart, a lot of players are lost. The only potential issue which was mentioned by @Nohox would be if there can be multiple fallback servers, and being able to direct it to the correct one.
