That map owners could disable the use of Brawl's schematics (assets) for others

I am not quite sure which of the two you mean but I will give you my opinion for both:

• Disabling the use of /assets for other players on your map (like most of the above replied to): I don't see why and what it would achieve this way. People would still be able to copy and paste a schematic asset from their maps into the owner's world. So pretty much it wouldn't work.
• Downloading your world as a schematic and "stealing" it: If we disabled the use of //download, we would still face the use of the mod Schematica which is not required for you to have any access on World Edit.

 

Players would just find other ways to import those schematics onto the map (ex: directly //copying). The better suggestion would be to allow map owners to turn off worldedit in their entire map - effectively helping stop massive griefing and other things.
