Idea Re-add Hero and Bandit specific name colors

    Not sure if it can be done now, but I would love to see the old blue and red hero and bandit names return. They added character to names rather than just displaying your rank and looked a lot less cluttered.

    Adding this would also provide an alternative to the ugly humanity being displayed below names, not a big fan.

    Feel free to post your own opinion or an alternative if you have an idea.

    I liked that system, it showed you if you could trust people. Although everyone KOS's everyone now it still adds character.

    Most of the time it's KOS, but playing later at night will show you a good amount of white-names are playing together. It could still be used between them.

    Yeah, i just remember when seeing blue names i'd be impressed on how they kept their positive humanity.

    i mean humanity was removed originally because it was basically useless, maybe if it got some sort of overhaul it could be added back

    The higher your humanity, the higher your damage on zombies, possibly? Maybe even getting it high enough to one shot with certain swords and pistols.

    I remember this! It was one of the features I liked the most because it added depth to the game. (Not a lot obviously, but enough to make you want to play it more) it also brings a use to blood bags, with wanting to gain humanity. As of now, I think having positive humanity is pointless.

    I'd like to see more details of this concept due to the fact that the current humanity system is next to useless.
    I do have some questions though:
    • What will decide whether a player is a Hero or a Bandit? Will we need to add a new measurement for it?
    • What benefits will Hero's have and will Bandits have any disadvantages? And will there be significant differences between Hero's and Bandits?
