What is the best base design you had? (any type of base)

A vault surrounded by bedrock.

 

I don't have an image but it was a very nice little home sweet home with a small fire, a nice little cooker, and a potted cactus. xd

 

Unfortunately I suck at building and always build a small undecorated area for small bases

 

These are my bases currently. Working a new farm base which should be really neat. Ill upload pics soon.

I recognize the first image, I've seen that base in Survival Pvp, pretty sure I raided it or had a warp there. Or it might be from a vid.

Is it that base, or a copy of it?

 

I've had similar bases before in previous maps

 

I quite like my little temp bank, although it never has anything in it except after fights

My little xp grinder I think brightens the mood as killing innocent insects is pretty depressing

I had this amazing idea of making a pyramid base, that would look very cool, using lava flowing down and water to make the layers of cobblestone. However, the mods don't like the idea of having aesthetic and good looking builds on this server, and removed it and gave me a warning, saying I would get banned next time I try to make an aesthetic base such as that.

 

It's not because they don't want you to build nice bases, it's because the lava you used to make the cobble stone probably caused the server to lag, meaning it was classed as a lag machine or something. That's why you got a warning. The only trouble with big bases at the surface is that it will be raided in a minute.

 

I used to build beautiful bases in 1.7 but It discouraged me from doing so because when they got raided all of that hard work was gone, so now I just make my base designs very simple now.

 

Ha I bad a. Vault surrounded by bedrock and only way in it was a block at the bottom of the 2 blocks which is really hard to ender pearl

 

the best base design is a single double chest under ground in the middle of know-where. tis my vault. since less people track me and i'm super fast in and out of there only my bases get raided. and i am able to keep like 2 vaults the whole map for p4 anyway. would reccomen this design to anyone new as it is effective at keeping p4 until u are able to make something better
