The Brawl News - April 2018

April Fools
It was that time of the year again, and we saw numerous fools being carried out across Brawl, including the best CTF map change we have ever seen (here), and the addition of some rather interesting new tracker designs (here). It backfired when the community then said that they rather liked the new changes and wanted to keep them!

CTF Fixes
With all the changes happening to CTF recently, there are bound to be a few bugs here and there. @redslime has been working hard to stomp them out, and amongst others, has pathed: Item duplication glitch with medic, wool in hotbar not changing colour when switching teams, and players joining teams not being spread equally.

/save for Managers on Build
Managers of maps on Build can now use /save. This allows them to save the map should there be any unfortunate crashes on the server.

New Forums Emoji
This was really from last month, however it slipped us by and we forgot to mention it! As you (hopefully) will have noticed, we now have new and improved emoji on the forums for you to express yourself with.



Build Competition
There is currently a build competition running with the theme 'Theme Parks' - There are only 7 days left to enter it, but that's plenty of time to get on build and to be creative. You can do it solo, or in a group; just remember to submit it in time! Read more about it here.

Normal: Toolmaster, Werewolf, Cannibal, Wisp
VIP: Ninja, Spirit, Gladiator
MVP: Madman, Frozen, Scout, Jumper
ELITE: All kits, as always



Featured Brawler
This month, our Featured Brawler is a much loved and long time Raid player. With a staggering 77 days of playtime on Raid this map, he is without a doubt its most active player. He was voted the friendliest player on the server by the community (here) and holds up the flag for the Japanese side of the community both in-game, and on his YouTube channel - our Featured Brawler this month is of course, @lebronjames0. Make sure to congratulate him on his achievement!
