    I never said she would be but that also gives you incentive to wait on her. In our generation something "real" at 13 is quite rare and i'm not trying to say something about her, i'm just saying feelings arent always 100% when you're younger. So, wait on her till the time is right and just be there for her and be that guy ; )

    Supposing she wasn't taken, there's still the factor of her needing to be mutually attracted.

    That aside, if you want tips on how to get with someone single:
    1. Be happy with yourself. If there's anything personal that needs to be worked out a relationship won't fix it, so you should be the primary focus.
    2. Let her know you're interested somehow. Test the waters with casual flirting. If she responds back with flirting then she's probably interested.
    3. Try to find ways to hang out, and then ask her out; this is the hardest part, but you can't get a "yes" if you don't try.

    The worst thing that could happen is rejection, but heck, I promise it's not as bad as it seems. I've been rejected a few times... It felt sad for a little bit, but I picked myself up and moved on and eventually stumbled across someone who said yes. c:

    This isnt exactly 100% true. A relationship is mostly you guys working together to keep it going and working out any issue so in a way if it's a good relationship, it'll fix whatever needs to be worked out

    but you'd need to try to get into the relationship before having a relationship to work out, which was the direction my advice was geared toward.
