    Hello, my friends and I where building on our map when we all where kicked off the server and sent to the hub. When we logged back on, our progress was gone. Is there anyway for us to restore our map back also is anyone else experienced this issue before? Thank you for your time, all advise appreciated!

    I have two questions:
    What is the map Id?
    Was the map completely wiped? (are there any past builds on it?)

    Really sorry, this does happen from time to time. You experienced a crash, which can happen when lots of people are online. A few things you should know:

    - at most this bug will only roll back one session's worth of work
    - you can stop it from happening by using /save when it starts to get laggy or if there's lots of people on
    - once Build is updated, this will most likely never happen again. We are working on getting this done but a) it's a big job and b) devs are working on other things right now.

    Once again, I'm really sorry this has happened. In the future, please make sure to /save your work, and in the meantime we'll try our best to get the update out asap.
