Otherwise... promote a bunch of people to mod, demote some current inactive/dip**** staff, and massively increase transparency with the community across every gamemode. At this point administation shouldnt be top down but a shated responsibility. Would also handle apps more quickly and would add various cosmetics to gamemodes with players (ctf and party). Would focus on making 1-2 gamemodes really appealing & and advertising those

You're a creative, talented and funny guy. You are also a narcisstic douchebag and extremely unpleasant to work with. I admire your tenacity, though, and how much work you put into your dreams. But you'd get a lot futher if you developed more people skills

The forums are the only thing more dead than HG - though the Ask Me Opinions trend has made things a little less dull

And speaking of opinions... you are extremely nice, kind, and hardworking. I think its a little early for smod but I could definitely see you in that role
