    I dont like the current spawn at all (and so do many other players). I think the update would be a good time to change it

    No sadly not. I just think the current one is the worst we have had in the past 3 years. But if something comes to my mimd i will let you know.

    How about, was it map 2 spawn? I liked that one and it worked kind of well.

    you know what that could mean, "we havent got one ready and need time to get one in the mean time we have kept spawn the same" everyones comes sees spawn and leavs . (maybe)

    Could be built by a 3 year old (no offence). Motorway or highway theme doesnt fit raid at all. anoying to fight in spawn as you often get knocked off the roads -> easy to kite.

    What CalledRainer said previously, but also worth noting that the entire structure was rushed (from what the build team has told me), the rolling hills and ponds don't fit with the industrial theme (especially considering industrial zones were most common in cities and therefore didn't have a lot of green), crosswork above spawn is extremely difficult to get up onto to chase people who are combat tagged, there's no depth to the detailing, etc. Although, I don't agree with CalledRainer in terms of "it doesn't fit the theme of raid". Raid doesn't have a theme because it's meant to be an open-world, so keeping that in mind, the "theme" can be anything anyone wants, making it vague.

    Yeah it was pretty rushed, I was doing it but had to stop 1/3 way so it got finished by other members

    @Eil What about building 4 spawns and let the players vote. The build team could make a competition/sponsored event out of it and the winner gets 3 months elite.

    i was thinking of making a build map, and eveyone can come and look at different thinsk to incoporate in a new spawn. and anyone who wants to build on it can.

    but i feel like some people would greif. so itrs a bad idea

    As i think that this is still a thing ill bump it with some of my ideas
    1) the spawn should be rather flat so it isnt too easy to kite. No high hills or spawnplatform (knockback swords and punchbows are cancer when sb is kiting as he can knock you off 500 times)
    2) No Buildings in between 50 and 150 blocks from spawn. (Some specialists are jumping up there with the help of sponges and kite away/knock you down)
    3) As i stated in a thread there should be no starter tree and mine its simply useless and doesnt look good imo.
    4) No Oceans/swamps with big lakes in it within 1k/1.5k of spawn (cancer in iron/regdia fights as some players are marathon runners)
    5) No high mountains within 500 blocks (same reason as in spawn. Some specialists are running up and punch you down 500 times

    And disable agressive mob spawn within 500 blocks of spawn. Its just anyoing while pvping if you have 5 Zombies and 3 Skeletons attacking you

    7) nether and end portals should be rather easily accessible (No jump and run leading to them)

    1) By spawn platform, do you mean like the current spawn, not previous spawns (in the sense that in this spawn, getting knocked off from mid is a pain to get back up, whereas in previous spawns it's not an issue)?
    2) Personally I see that all as part of the essence of Raid fights. It's not KitBrawl with flat maps, and perfectly balanced fights. You fight/escape/win by any means necessary.
    3) Doesn't look good always, or just this spawn? Since it's just normal MC blocks, no other stuff.
    4/5) Does provide some variety to fights. And arguably, can stop kiters (if they get cornered between you and a mountain). But obviously massive oceans isn't ideal.
    7) Had issues with making it too easy before, and it making kiting very easy.
