Idea PvP Timer

As you probably know, there is a gamemode caled HCF. When a new player joins, he/she will be given 30 minutes where he/she can't get damaged by other players, but in exchange, it will be imposible to enter in other factions terrain. So, to adapt this to WarZ, I had the idea that every new player taht joins the gm for the first time will get a 1 hour PvP Timer which will grant total inmunity to player. With this I mean that it will be imposible to get killed by nades, shots or zombies.
This came up because new players at this point don't have a real chance of gearing, or even getting money, so it's imposible to start. And if you don't believe me, you can see a lot of new players that get killed players who are geared, making the game not fun for them, and stop playing within the first few hours. It happened to me when the game first launched, and is still happening to ther players. This would be something that make the gm more player friendly (even tho we all have kits, but still the Juan Deag is stupidly op and can pull out a 5v1 with no problems)
EDIT: For the ones who don't understand the Juan Deag joke, I am refering to the Deagle.
