Idea Combat timer

    Please add a combat timer to make kiting harder. I know that it isnt an issue atm but as soon as koths are back it will trigger many players if sb kites midfight.
    To do this i suggest that if you are combag tagged
    1) you can not reenter spawn
    2) you can not set team warps
    3) you can not throw enderpearls (dont increase cooldown since builders would complain then again)

    I think it would have been alright if there where more teams, if one coward gets to spawn then theres plenty of others to fight. but since there is not many team or players i think its a good idea for the spawn thing. but not the other ones.
