This meme is a meme because you don't need a dev to change the guns. You just need to change numbers on notepad. :v In fact, you could literally PM Putty and ask for the gun files as well as an explanation of the values on the sheet, and make all the changes yourself in one day. That is, unless you wanted to make a thread asking for feedback, though judging by your meme, you seem to already know what the community wants. And yes, I know this because I personally overhauled a ton of those files myself.

how on earth did you get those?

 

When I was staff, I asked Putty for them so I could help design/balance guns. I also kinda knew what I was doing because I taught myself how Minecraft calculates damage. I even created a spreadsheet that spits out information like how quickly guns kill people with x armor or x resistance, etc. You just need to know how much damage the gun does/how quickly it fires in ticks.

 

The best war meme might have been my foray into youtubing my playing strategies tbh
