    Hey guys- now that Dragon Eggs can be bought with IRL money and put in the shop, I’m likely to do so and get gold in the process. I’m trying to figure out the best price to set the eggs for, so can you please fill out my survey? Thanks.

    How is it worst thread ever? Dragon eggs are currently set up as either you win a KOTH or you pay IRL money for them. I’m giving a third option of putting them in the shop so you can at least grind gold for them.

    That's not what he meant, he meant that he's obviously going to put the lowest option possible so that he doesn't have to spend as much.

    Personally, I think 500g is a good price.

    market eq will rest at 300 unless you monopolize.
    I was actually hyped for dragon eggs this map because imo it's the easiest way to make big bucks.
    You could buy the market and since the demand should be inelastic, you can monopolize up to 600-700 gold. You could buy any egg that cuts your price and resell it for a greater profit.

    Hi guys-

    Thanks for your responses. I ended up using them to create a demand curve for Dragon Eggs, under the assumption that I would be the only seller. The demand curve looks like this:

    As I expected, this was a logarithmic function (in fact, feel free to put the data here and play with what you get back: https://keisan.casio.com/exec/system/14059930226691 )

    As it turns out, you can find the maximum expected profit given the equation of the line above. The maximum expected profit ended up being at approximately 2500 gold, where I sell an expected 1(ish) eggs. (Any higher or lower than that and my expected profits drop off). I ended up putting a single egg on the market for that, we'll see what happens, and if I'm full of it then I'm only out 4 bucks.

    That's higher than I anticipate will hold up in the market to see good demand to be honest. It's worth a try however, make sure to monopolize the market and you're good to go.

    500 to 700 is legit since you still have to farm 65 level to change to pigman
    n or villagerspawner and also have to find a triple or quad spawner if you want it to be op. However I would still rather safe my gold and buy it when there are discounts for real money.
