Small update to the timer of OITC

    Before one in the chamber would last 10 minutes, this was way too long and would make the playercount sometimes drop to 0.

    Because of that we decided to make the time for a oitc game 5 minutes instead of the former 10 it used to last.

    thank god. everytime I am last one on oitc the other person just camps somewhere and I have to wait
