    Hey there-

I was on Raid today and was setting up something for my team and needed to travel in the nether to do so. I came across a freshly mined nether tunnel complete with dropped netherrack. Being the curious type (and realizing there's likely a vault on the other end), I decided to follow it.

After following it deep into the nether for half an hour, getting several inventories of dropped netherrack, and finding the dead end after a long stretch of straight digging, I took a peek at the coordinates. At this point I realized that someone was mining directly to a warp I had in the nether; they had lined up to one of my coordinates (z=-3960) and was closing in on my X coordinate. (And no, this wasn't from my traveling, as I usually walk the terrain, avoid mining, and sell any netherrack I mine; this was definitely someone else).

I spent a lot of time at that warp in the last day or so, and after realizing that I had been tracked today I completely removed the contents of the warp and filled in the terrain in so there is no sign of the warp at all.

As for what was there... All I can say is that it's the most OP thing on the map. Whoever would have found it would have had a distinct advantage over all the other teams on the map. It is something that made me rich, and could make any team powerful.

I will share what it was if someone can tell me the X-coordinate that I was tracked to. My guess is that Skid knows, but I'd like to find out who tracked me.

Team skid managed to screw up a raid before they even got close to my warp.

    The incompetence is mind-boggling.

If they would have picked up their trash when they were nethermining, I would have never noticed it was a new tunnel.

@Colonel_Graff that isn't a fair judgment. I don't know anybody besides you who would nether mine right next to their warp. That would just be unlucky.

I was actually pretty far from my warp, saw a tunnel with loose netherrack in it, and followed it. You were still a few thousand blocks from my base but aimed right at it. Oh and half of Mel0n was raided by Sub on Saturday so I’m pretty sure it was Sub that was coming for my warp.

My point is that it’s sloppy to basically leave a breadcrumb trail to what you were working on. I collected 2-3 inventories of netherrack that was left; all you had to do was either dump it or sell it as you were mining it, or at least seal up the tunnel behind you.

This also creates a new tactic: if you are tracking someone and find that they may be nethermining along a X or Z axis of your nether base, you need to move it ASAP. In other words, this is a way to play Raid defensively.

If you find a tunnel full of rack, just keep following it, you’re guaranteed to find something interesting at the end of it

Cheap Prot 4 villager. I got about 200 prot4 books from him in the last month. 17 emeralds per book.

    Generic villager farm.

    Had to kill them all.

You didn't really have to kill them all, you could always have just let someone else have them.

True, but I have 100+ p4 books in the shop so had no use for it. Worse case scenario someone would have moved it and built up P4 sets and used them against my team.

However, I now have access to several hundred villagers atm so it’s no big deal to lose the 30 or so I had at that warp.

Let someone else have it? literally no point. It would only be used against you

@Colonel_Graff the Mel0n appears to be the best team so far. @all I will be making a post on this, very interesting, not much of an argument but just some insights i have on the 3 faction war teams. (being Sub, Skid, and Mel0n).
