Brawl Easter Update
Halfway through April, we made some easter-themed changes to Brawl. These are no longer live, but here's what we changed in case you missed it: https://www.brawl.com/threads/74535/

Brawl 1.14 Compatibility
We've already made Brawl compatible with 1.14. As per usual, we recommend using 1.8.9 on our servers, but if your preferred version is 1.14 (or if you're like me, and too lazy to downgrade every time you play Brawl), you can now use it.

Build 1.13 Server!
At long last, we have finally updated our backend and have been able to add a 1.13 server to build. You can now use all the new 1.13 blocks and features in your builds. While you can't use this server to make gamemode maps, you can still make some awesome builds with new blocks. If you're an avid builder, make sure you check it out! WarZ Gun Updates Reverted
Based purely on the community's feedback, we have reverted recent gun updates to how it used to be before: https://www.brawl.com/threads/74542/

We are planning more updates to WarZ, 100% based on your feedback, so keep your eyes out for thread in the WarZ forums to get your voice heard. #MakeWarZGreatAgain

Huge CTF Spring Update
This April, the CTF staff team have released one of the biggest updates to CTF since it was released on Brawl... featuring:

• New Scout Class
• Major Engineer Rework
• Tweaks to Ninja, Pyro, Chemist and Mage
• Quality of life changes
• New quick commands
• Bug fixes
• And more!

CTF Spotlight Saturday
We're very appreciative of our map creators, as without them, we wouldn't be able to have regular map waves as awesome as they always are. To support them, we've added a new event, Spotlight Saturday. Every so often, we'll play some upcoming maps on CTF, giving map makers the opportunity to try their maps out in a real game and get better quality feedback. Speaking of maps, if you want to submit yours for Map Wave XV, you have until 5th May to do so.

CTF Reverse Event
This month, @Prouddyyy hosted an event on CTF - a normal game, but with a very big twist... the flags were reversed! The event is over, but we may be hosting new ones in the future. If you're interested, make sure you're following us on Twitter, where the event will be announced in advance.

Website and Discord Updates
Thanks to @ExtremeEvoboost, we have some fancy new styling in the shop, and made some more changes to the shop's styling to make it fit in more with the rest of the website. As well as this, Brawl now supports "https", improving the website's security. We've also changed the discord server a little bit, including adding more bots and retiring some inactive channels. TeamSpeak is Back
After removing TeamSpeak a long while ago, we've had a couple of requests to bring it back, and that's exactly what we've done (although, the main reason is because Putty felt like it...)

Featured Brawler
This month's Featured Brawler is going to a map maker who I've been a huge fan of for years now. Every map they release is of a very high quality, plays well, and looks stunning. They have a distinctive build style, and I'm not gonna lie - they're really good at coming up with unique names for maps (such as Imperial Separation or Helvetian Plight).
