    Hello Brawlers,

    We are very proud to announce the Map 6 reset for Raid! Pay attention to the poll at the top of the page as we need your opinion.

    ☰ What

    For the reset, the world you have PvPed in, made your bases in, tracked & raided in will be replaced by a fresh, new world, full of new possibilities. This means all bases, items, warps, teams and gold will be gone with the reset.

    You will not keep anything but your player rank and any unused boosters!

    For those players who are new to Raid, or Hardcore Survival servers, here is a short list of Raid's features:
    • The ability to track other players by building trackers
    • A shop to sell any kind of item to other players
    • Mob stacking to simplify experience farms and reduce lag
    • A custom spawn with protection to provide an environment for players to meet and prepare for PvP
    • The ability to capture mobs with eggs and levels
    • Weekly KoTHs on custom platforms which change weekly
    • A weekly End event where players complete for XP and a Dragon Egg
    • The ability to change spawners to different mob types with dragon eggs

    ☰ What's New

    A lot of ideas and issues have been brought up on threads, and in-game. We've been listening carefully and a lot of discussion has taken place with both staff and players to find the best solutions and changes.

    Here's a short list of all the changes:
    • Restyled KOTH platforms that do not contain any water
    • Return of the dragon spawn
    • Voting will be disabled for the first month of the map
    • You are no longer able to create pigmen and villager spawners

    ☰ Do you want custom terrain?

    For the map generation, we want to know your opinion on having custom terrain. This includes different biomes, look, and feel. This would replace the current vanilla terrain that you are use to.

    The biome list is below, it contains all vanilla features - just in new ways. The world structures and ore generation is the same as vanilla.

    We need your opinion on this, please vote on the poll.

    Copied from Discord: New terrain - 100% yes, needs to be done. The normal formula of resetting raid with slight differences is getting boring and there’s not much more that can be done, as evident by the few additions coming. The custom terrain would be that big change that’ll make Raid feel new and exciting again. It’ll be like an update to Minecraft without upgrading versions which is what I and others have been suggesting. On a different note, if combat is ever changed in a newer version I would like to see Raid update asap, 1.8 is getting old and boring

    We overlooked the custom terrain. It lacks some biomes such as ice/snow and mushroom (for 1.8). We don't be able to fulfill the desire this reset, sadly.

    Good to know that it is a well accepted idea. That gives us time to figure out the new plugin for next time.

    1.7, flat spawn, advertisement = Good server

    It’s what the people want, am I wrong? If you provide they would want to play more

    I agree with you. And tbh i won't play this map as active as last one just because they dont listen community (not fun to play same map again and again without any good changes)

    Not everyone wants 1.7 there are alot of people who want 1.14. But so far 1.7 is majority.
