KitBrawl New Map Testing | Monday 2nd September
We figured that the KitBrawl needed some refreshment by adding a new map as its FFA arena!



This map is now live on KitBrawl until next Monday, 9th September. We would love to hear your feedback about the map, which you can submit via this Google Form here or leave your feedback in our Discord Community Server here.

KitBrawl Event - Sumo 2v2 Tournament | Sunday 8th September, 1pm EST
Is that another KitBrawl Event? Indeed! We will be hosting a 2v2 bracket sumo tournament, meaning that you will compete with a partner on the sumo arena. To win, you need to knock the opposing team off the platform. There will be no second chances, so make every hit count! Prizes will be available. Check out the event thread here for more information about the event and which prizes are available.

KitBrawl Update | Soup Changes
Last month, we implemented two small changes into KitBrawl, which were the addition of soup signs scattered around the map and all kits now have a full inventory of soup, rather than just one hotbar. This will make it more possible for players to kill other players that have a higher streak. The soup signs will place one soup in your inventory if clicked. If you encounter any issues or bugs related to these changes, report them to us via our Discord Community Server. More information regarding the changes can be read in this thread here.

KitBrawl QOL Change | /play KitBrawl
Finally! Since forever, we had to type out /play kitpvp to join KitBrawl, even though our gamemode is called KitBrawl. However, we have changed this to allow players to join using the command /play KitBrawl. I was wondering why we had to type out KitPvP all this time...

Open Parties
Tired of constantly sending out party invites to players? You can now open your party using the command /party open allowing anyone to join without sending an invitation!

Event Holograms | /events
You may have noticed this in our Lobby...



That's right. These are called Event Holograms, which list upcoming events that we will be hosting on our gamemodes. For more information about the events listed on the hologram, you can type out the command /events, which displays an overview of each event (if available) and a link to the event thread (if available). It's a neat feature we decided to implement, allowing players to know what events we will be hosting and when.

MinecraftBuild | A Few Additions
Recently, we added a few quality of life commands to our MinecraftBuild gamemode to improve the experience for players. These were /top and /closeby (/cb, /nearby). The /top command teleports you to the block above. The /closeby command lists the players on the map that you are currently on. These additions were requested by the community, so we decided to implement them!

Featured Brawler
This month's Featured Brawler is going to a well-known community member, who has recently submitted a lot of CTF maps in preparation for the next CTF Map Wave. You can check out their map submissions in the Map Submissions subforum here. The 'American Fort' creator has also managed to get a few of their maps into our recent Map Wave XV. This month's Featured Brawler goes to @ItalianPenguin, congratulations!
