    What is your in-game name? - Spades_
    Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - Yes, it is.

    How old are you? - 20
    What time zone are you in? - EST
    Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I really only know how to speak English, however I am at a conversational level in French.

    What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I've been on brawl for around 2-3 years. The only gamemode I consistently play is Capture the Flag, however I do hop over to party on occasion. Within CTF I've been on multiple teams (most notably The Blue Flaggers and now The Crusaders) and I am currently a Leader/Commentator for CMS.
    What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I have no prior experience moderating servers.
    Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I want to become a moderator on Brawl because I want to contribute more to the community than I already do. I want to be apart of hosting events, creating and sharing new ideas, and enforcing the rules.

    Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes, I have.
    Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - I have been banned on a few servers, brawl included. I don't entirely remember what I was using because it's been so long, but feel free to pm me on Discord with any concerns.

    What do you consider your greatest strength? - I consider my greatest strength to be my communication skills. To be apart of any team communicating well with others is a crucial skill. It allows people to share ideas and criticism in a constructive way in order to get the best results possible.
    What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I think my greatest weakness is my sarcastic nature. I have a habit of making a large amount of jokes, sometimes at others' expense. Over time I feel like I've worked on this enough to know when a joke is appropriate and when it's not, however sometimes I do slip.
    Which Brawl server(s) are you most active on? - CTF

    How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - 3
    What is the date of the last application you submitted? - April 4th, 2018

    Anything else you would like to state? - It's been over a year since I last applied. In that time I feel like I've grown a lot as person, however I am by no means perfect. Any criticism you have is appreciated. Thanks for your consideration.

    I'll be the first to jump in. First off I will say that I do not dabble into CTF much at all, and therefore can't be a fair judge of your in-game personality or play time. Though after doing some research on the CTF section of the forums you do seem to contribute some fair ideas, though I'd love to see more. As for your application, it does seem to lack some detail. I'd recommend looking at the accepted applications to get more of a taste for the length and amount of detail you should aim for. You seem to be active in discord, though if you want to start contributing more I would suggest posting more ideas. An idea doesn't have to be brilliant and mind blowing, it just needs to spark a discussion about it to try and encourage change.

    I'd have to say +0 for now, mainly due to the fact that I don't particularly play CTF to vouch for you. Though I wish you best of luck in the running!

    I would typically write a more lengthy response that I have done in the past, but I think I can sum this up in a paragraph:

    Your in-game activity and community involvement is perfect; you are on CTF regularly, a leader of CMS, and a well-respected member of the community. Same can be said for your forum presence. Your discipline history has a few marks, but nobody is perfect and has lapses in judgement so I have no concerns in this area either. As I brought up recently and you might recall, sometimes I feel like you speak in a passive-aggressive or sarcastic tone. I am glad you identified this as your key weakness and shows you have self-awareness regarding this and I am not overly concerned about it because I know this is not who you are as a person. I know you are mature, I spent months as your teammate on TBF and have been able to observe your behavior for over a year. With that being said, however, I encourage you to be self-aware of messages you send and how they can be perceived, regardless of your intentions with said messages.

    No other questions or concerns. I think you have the potential to become a great staff member.

    You've been very active and a big contributor to the community (forums, in-game, and in the community discord), recently being promoted to a leader of the CTF Match Spotlight team. As for concerns, I don't have any seeing as you have grown very much since your last application (you have proven to be mature even considering jokes you've made). I can also vouch for your communication skills and definitely see you as a great member of staff.

    I don't have anything to worry about with you, just thought I would get to see how you play and interact with players a little bit before I gave my vote and it all checks out. You are mature and active enough in my opinion to have a shot at staff. Best of luck!

    Hey SoCool! Thanks so much for responding! I’m contributing right now by being involved in CMS and putting forth ideas. I was recently made one of the three leaders of CMS, so I am helping with applications, commentating on streams, managing perms for the YouTube channel, and helping manage the discord. As for the ideas I’ve put forth I’ll link my most recent one for you: https://www.brawl.com/threads/75335/
    It would be fair to say that I could be adding more ideas, but I like to make sure it’s a quality idea before I post it. Finally, I do have a YouTube channel where I record hackers for reports.

    What I plan on contributing if I were to be promoted is to be involved with the planning and hosting of ctf events. Also (I know I don’t have to be staff for this) I’ve been planning on hosting some ppms in the near future. Mainly if promoted I would continue to record hackers for reports and I would like to be more involved with the planning and hosting of events.

    Hello Spades,

    You are pretty active on CTF and your knowledge about the game is very good. Indeed, you are playing a lot of classes on CTF and your knowledge about all those classes could help a lot the CTF Staff Team to figure out what we need to change/update. I also see you often giving ideas about the gamemode, which is something I really appreciate from you. In game, you are helping players if they need and you are contributing for CTF, with CMS for example. As you said in your application, you have sometimes a sarcastic nature, but I think that if you pay attention and be careful, that would not be a problem. You are respectful in game and also on discord.

    I really think you could be a great staff member and I give you my +1!
