    This is a dumb question, but where can I design a resource pack? I've always really wanted to make one, but I don't know where I can design one. If anyone has a good suggestion I would love to hear it! :smile:

    Download Gimp, and open the texture files with it.

    Gimp does suck, but it's free and it works.

    There's multiple tools you can use to create a resource pack.
    paint.net
    Gimp
    Pixlr
    It's easy to work with any of them, just have a program that has invisibility textures. Not Microsoft Paint, it doesn't support clear textures.

    Yup it does :smile:
    I use Microsoft Paint and it works perfect for me :smile: Even the glass.
    Oh and yes:

    (It is FAR from that complexity you'll see at this page. Read carefully and even an 5 year old boy can make a resource pack)

    Photoshop. If you don't have photoshop or don't have money for it download gimp. Youtube it for more help.

    My mothe is a photographer, so she used photo shop at one point. (I have it) I'll ask her how to use it
