    What is your in-game name? - Ringwrather

    Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - No

    What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - My experience with Brawl started not long after Mcpvp shut down. I have made many memories on this server and would like to make many more I know this server has been around for a very long time and hope it stays that way.

    What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - None

    Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I Want To become a Moderator on brawl because ever sense I was young I wanted to be staff on a server and wanted to help out and keep the server and community a safe,friendly, and hacker free environment because I want to help others make great memories as I did.This is my childhood game mode and I remember coming home from school and I'd log onto minecaft (after homework of course). I just want to leave my mark on Brawl and make more memories not just playing it but helping it. I also feel like I could bring some of my own qualities that can help out the server positively.

    Respect - I work at target as my main job and I always use my manners and ask if anyone needs help with anything how there day is.

    Responsible - I am always on time for work in fact always early and ready to go on with my day with a positive attitude.

    Calm - When I played sports I used to play baseball our team was loosing by 1 or 2 points i cant recall we were on 2 outs and had a guy on 3rd and 2nd I was up for bat and I was able to stay calm and hit the ball right between 2nd and 1st and my team and I got a tie or win again cant recall if we were down 1 or 2 it was 5 or 6 years ago sorry. Obviously I was nervous and anxious but I put those feelings aside and did what I could.

    Cooperation - Every school project I had id always ask for help when I needed it, and always made sure people where knowing whats going on and was open to ideas and open to giving my opinion and new ideas.

    Problem solving - When I was in 8th grade I started having back problems and found out I had a spine disorder it has put me out of sports due to the pain and stiffness but I have learned to push through it and went to therapy and found way to help my back allowing me to play sports or fun games with my friends not having to worry about my back. (I dont remember the name of the disorder but am open to discribe it just pm me on discord)

    Fun - When me and my friends get board in a game I always try to think of a new way we could play it so when me and my cousin used to play fortnight we would come up with challenges to make the game more interesting. (I love to make jokes and love a good joke)

    (treated this as an interview and from my experience they like to hear scenarios to get to know who you are a bit better)

    Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes

    Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - Yes, I was banned on Brawl For Killaura at about 2016 - 2017 could be wrong on the dates. All I can say is at that time Minecraft got boring to me and I was not that good at the game and I wanted a Change in the game that change ended up being hacks. Now I like me a good challenge and using hacks on a block game or even any game is not worth it, Its boring.

    What do you consider your greatest strength? - I would say my greatest strength is how kind and respectful I am to people, I have been told i'm easy to talk to.

    What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness id say is not believing in myself. An example I can think of is I make music and always end up comparing myself to my idols and loose motivation, but i always come back and I have seen my improvement and am happy where I am at now.

    Hey Ring!

    I’ll give you my feedback in a couple of sections:

    In-Game Activity

    You are very active not only in casual, but in ppms and the team scene. No problems here. +1

    Forums Activity/Ideas

    You are a little short on forum posts, but the ideas that you have posted are quality ideas. This includes your participation in the recent pyro hangout. Personally the amount of forum posts doesn’t particularly bother me. Your discord activity and quality of ideas make up for it. +1

    Maturity

    As of right now, I’ve seen no incidents of immaturity that would give me a reason to say no, you have a great in-game and in-call presence, and you are a kind person. +1

    Improvement

    Okay, so to keep it short you most certainly have improved from your last application. You were suggested to provide more ideas and be more involved in the team scene. Seeing as you are currently on a team, played in multiple matches and ppms, and you’ve been sending out ideas I’d say you’ve improved. +1

    Overall, keep up the good work and hopefully you’ll join the staff team!

    Hi Ring, here is my general feedback.

    In-game/forums activity: Honestly your in-game activity is pretty great, you're online most of the time in-game and I've seen you participate in many PPMs before, so that is fine, but I do worry about your forums activity as the messages are quite low considering you became a member of the forums in the year 2016. I would like you to improve more on your forums activity, and even if you do communicate your ideas more through Discord (through the Pyro hangout you attended and other things that you have mentioned in the #suggestions and #complaints in the CTF Community Discord) I believe communicating your thoughts through the forums is a more clean and concise way to present your ideas and is also a place where members of the community can easily review and comment on your ideas.

    Discord activity: Pretty much self-explanatory based on what I've said before, your Discord activity is pretty great.

    Maturity/Personality: Personally I don't speak to you much or at all, but it seems you are mature enough. I would like to know, though, what are you doing to help new players as of right now? Are you stepping up to help those that are in need (such as players in the game)?

    Application:     Honestly this is the biggest disappointment for me. Not meaning to put you down or anything, but for me most of the questions are not well elaborated on, which does not give me much to work on given that I do not know you personally. I also do not like how you reused much of your previous application and have not fixed quite a few grammatical errors in your application. Even though this may seem like a small thing, I believe an application says a lot about the applicant. This application to me, at least, doesn't make you stand out as an extraordinary candidate of staff. It feels pretty rushed and slipshod (even if it was not). I'd recommend for you to elaborate more on different parts of your application, outlining and explaining the intentions behind your answers.

    I'm going to give you a +0 for now. I'm interested to read your responses to the questions I've raised above before I can make a definitive decision. I believe that if you work on what I've said before, you will definitely be a great candidate for staff. As of right now, honestly speaking, there is nothing much that makes you stand out amongst other potential applicants and that is mainly why I'm hesitant to give you my +1. Don't worry though, I'd just like to see you contributing more to the CTF Community, be it through becoming a PPM host/being involved with CMS.

    Hopefully what I've said doesn't put you down! I genuinely would like to see you improve in these areas and see how you go about it from there. Good luck on your app! :heart:

    Thank you for the feed back and yes i did join in 2016 but was never really active in the community till late 2019 I do try to answer new comers questions in game.

    Hello Ringwrather, here is my breakdown:

    In-Game/Discord Activity: Not really much to say here. You are active consistently active in-game and on Discord, you recently participated in the CTF hangout and gave great feedback. Easy +1

    Application: I think your application is okay but it lacks some detail. Some questions are very detailed and answered completely (why do you want moderator?) while others leave a little to be desired (greatest strength/weakness). Your application should be a way to show who you are to those who do not know you personally. The question I look most forward to reading from applicants is what they have to say about their character by describing their greatest strength and weakness and I think you were a little short with your reply to this question in particular. Despite this, everything is well-done and answered honestly. +.5

    Maturity: You are a mature person. However your recent lapse in judgement on 10/20/19 is pretty concerning to me. A little more time needs to pass for me to chalk this up to a simple mistake. -1

    Forums: Post count is a little low but everything you are posting is valuable and well thought-out. I still, nonetheless, think you need a little more activity to earn a +1 here. +0 for now.

    For me, you are almost there, my suggestions to strengthen who you are as an applicant would be to submit more reports on the website (you have one) and helping newcomers become better acclimated to the game. One/Two more months of the behavior you are currently exhibiting and you will have my full support. -1 for now.

    Hey ring! I think you would make a great staff at brawl. Sorry for the late reply! I'm looking forward to having you promoted. I think you are calm, composed, mature, good at handling situations and perfect for staff. +1 for me
