If you do not meet the requirements (active, helpful, must have Discord, etc) do not apply yet; it will be an auto deny.

What is your in-game name? - Warrey

Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - Yes, my account is fully secured and migrated.

How old are you? - 16

What time zone are you in? - My country observes Central European Time (CET) as standard time. When Daylight Saving Time (DST) is in force, Swedish clocks run on Central European Summer Time (CEST).

Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I mainly speak Swedish which is my mother tongue but have been grown up with a lot of American English starting from young age watching TV commercials and sitcoms on English. I have also gathered a lot of speaking skills from relatives visiting and school. But I got most of my English speaking to people online, especially throughout my many years on Brawl.

Another language where I show talent is German. I feel comfortable speaking it even though I forgot a lot of words since I am now studying French. I have been studying German for around three and a half years and have been to Germany once. My strongest part is understanding, there is a lot of German conversations going on in chat, discord calls etc and I am usually always able to partially understand and can therefore find out if someone is bullied or treated like a non-human which we do not want to happened at Brawl. There is currently no active German WarZ Staff which is where I can jump in and be useful in these situations.

I have been studying French for almost half a year and I do understand all the basics. When it comes to the cousin languages of Swedish which are; Icelandic, Norwegian and Danish I understand most of it which could also be helpful understanding others conversations if anything needs to be translated or dealt with.

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - Ever since I started back in 2013 I have been gathering a lot of knowledge from a variety of gamemodes. My first view on MC-War at @elias_super was very interesting. Everything worked out so smooth and it was such a skill gap between players and everyone seemed to be wanting to be at a respected position. It was based on so much skill, clout and aim which is very unique unlike other games where there is more about luck and is therefore probably why it became so popular.

When I first bought and downloaded Minecraft Elias told me to instead of going to singleplayer I was told to go on mutliplayer and add the server "10.mc-warz.com" even though I was more interested in War after watching him play. However since him and many other war-players which are still active today switched gamemode from War to WarZ I had no other choice and played WarZ with him instead of War.

I have gained a lot of knowledge throughout the years because I have been playing constantly unlike others who have been taking breaks. I have watched the game fall and rise many times, I can put a word on almost every part of WarZ's history, rules changing and community. I have never taken a long break from the game and have therefore experienced all kinds of staff and players unlike many people who ask me.

I have probably spoken and had a conversation with every WarZ-player who plays right now which has given me a lot of experience on how to play the game and how other people play which creates an overall view on what we could improve together. I have spoken to a lot of Staff and have been in so many positions listening which is probably why I am making this application to simply improve Brawl, efficiently.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - Yes and there are three servers worth mentioning.

    StarZ - This practice server was quite popular back then with special and unique guns and sometimes reached 30 people if a lucky day. However there were probably ten candidates who had a better reputation and maturity back in 2015 who actually played the server but the MOD rank was given to me because of my friendship with the Owner and staff which were also Swedish. However I learned discipline and maturity here which helped me much easier getting staff, moving onto my next position;

DeadCentral - As @Atum explained in his Staff Application this server was a somewhat photocopy after hackers dominating WarZ on Brawl in early 2019 without any active staff. I had a huge interest in following and helping the unique community out somewhere else even though I was incredulous about the new one coming. But most active players at that time had no choice from my view if they wanted to play. I viewed DeadCentral as a server where I could freshly start from zero since I had a couple mutes in late 2018 on Brawl. I during this time got along well with others and answered questions because I had been in contact with a lot of the higher-ups regarding bringing everyone back and in that subject showed talent because of my knowledge from Brawl.
I was then told to make an application by a group of people who thought I could be helpful and gather everyone once again. Becoming staff was taking responsibility which I had never done before at that serious level because I had to follow some duty ethics with a much larger and growing player-base than ever before. If my friend would cheat back then I would not care but now when I had such an important role people believed in me and the owner and admins had given me an important mission. I had to ban everyone who did not follow the rules which was important to keep the player base happy and the game functioning. I learned all the commands and was given SMOD the last week before everything collapsed because of lost console access and the person logging into staff accounts which stole way too much time, which was the case in October 2019 on Brawl.

Minenite - After all that around mid-summer I believe there was still hope. A couple good coders from the last server including Atum and me were to work on a server again without previously corrupt owner. We created a very well functioning server but did sadly not become as successful as DeadCentral but still managed to gather some players. However I did put my soul and effort into this and wrote staff protocols, screenshare protocols and server rules. While the owners was coding everything and fixed the maps I worked on the website and adding all the sections needed etc, all for nothing. At that point after no one playing the server late July I thought it was the end of WarZ, it was official. Until September 2019 where I was filled with joy that everything was back to standard the original, fun and structured Brawl Games. I have continued spreading positivism and love which I will keep on doing whether I get the pink name or not.

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I think a lot of people see the player-base decreasing which is not going to happened. Even though less people play during this period of the year and then some people come back around breaks I will still fight for the server's survival. I already tend to answer people's questions, team with different people, keep relations with everyone and at the same time trying to keep the server alive, which I am good at because of as I previously explained my language skills gives me cultural experiences. Understand someone's culture, religion or social interaction makes it easier for me to communicate with everyone.

But becoming a moderator on Brawl is not only playing so for those of you who asked me, I am aware. I have a lot of free time unlike a lot of older people do not have which makes it easier for me to be online early and handle clashes. I can also use that time for writing, building and help people. As my previous staff positions described I socially brought up several improvements to the server such as
    - Gun adjustments
    - Map changes
    - Events
This worked and if it did not, I learned from my mistakes. Everyone is not perfect and I know that people from previous staff positions said that all their ideas worked, but that is not true. Best way to learn something is to try it out and if it does not work, then we at least know how to improve for next time.

Further ado I know the rules very well on SMOD-level. Due to all perm-bans throughout the years I am aware on how it works which I believe is important for a JMOD to know also. Because since we only have a few SMOD's that cannot always be online someone needs to step in and calm the player down, tell em to relax and then explain, in a short and easy way which is something I am good at.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes, I doubt that every player who have a couple years on their back playing Minecraft have tried out hacking at least once for all different kinds of reasons. However I tried it out because of curiosity and it is not hard getting to that point. If you just search on "Minecraft" on YouTube all the hacks will pop up. I was always that one guy who never had texture packs or thousands of clients downloaded unlike everyone else. I was concentrating on playing the game and tried out my first hacked client back in 2016 after finding one for pvp.

I later on experienced X-ray which I later on got banned for using blatantly on War. I never really followed up hacking because I was so extremely bad at it and would never create a career out of it. So I thought it was childish and would rather improve at the game in a real way instead of spending money on bans. Everyone who has hacked on WarZ will learn that a true legend is someone who has reached the top without a client.

However I have gained a lot of experience from watching hackers at my previous positions as staff. I have also teamed with hackers throughout the years and learned the names of the clients as well as how to use them and their tactics on how to not get caught, which I reverted catching them instead and then from there improve Brawl by getting rid of them. I believe it is important to have been on a hacked client at least once in your career in order to get some kind of overview of what breaking against the rules really means and of course the results.

Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - I tend to learn from my mistakes. My first ban was block glitching in 2013 on MC-War which I remember clearly. It is hard for me to claim everything I've done throughout the years and on every account because I share a lot of my accounts to friends. On Warrey which is my main account that I have been playing on I have not done anything since late 2018 which is a year ago. https://www.brawl.com/history/player/warrey
I did a couple bad stuff before the Brawl protocol change in summer 2017 where also bans and history were reset throughout Brawl which is why my punishments are not available to view. I see a Death Wish date 2018-02-01 which was very childish coming from a 14 year old me. I look back and regret all of that but have since then I have learned from my mistakes and treated others as I want to be treated myself. For everyone out there reading this, if you follow that rule you will be treated nicely back which is really important to not get caught up in pointless clash. We all learn and that is just how we humans work.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I use a Growth Mindset pretty much all day. "Every failure is an opportunity to learn" and "Feedback is constructive" which are two important things for me which make me strong. A lot of people say that they know "everything" or don't need any help. But I am listening to everyone and everything to collect all kind of positive and fun information which is something that you can create into something creative in staff meetings. Every staff should use that and take inspiration, mainly because if you write this application and get denied, there is no reason in giving up or to sit in a corner and cry if you want to achieve any goal in life.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I have looked at this question and have been trying to answer it but I honestly cannot find anything relevant other than writing too much. I need to short down my texts, which is my issue in school and online and I need to make sure I deliver information quick and short containing a lot of information. I do not even know if that is a weakness but I need to practice sending information summed and quick to make people not loose patience.

Which Brawl server(s) are you most active on? - WarZ and Party and I wish MC-War but since it has bugs and no one really plays it I am not applying for War. However I have actively been trying to revive it if interest in giving me support bringing it back; https://www.brawl.com/threads/75414/

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - This will be my second one. Besides the applications I did on the other servers, believe it or not. I actually made a Staff Application back in 2015 which included the most broken English you can imagine and was immediately denied. It was 10 years old me who just started having English classes who wanted a more respected position, however new days have came.

What is the date of the last application you submitted? - December 1st, 2019
Do you have Discord? - Yes, Warrey#9081

Anything else you would like to state? - There is currently such an amazing connection and bond between staff and players. I want to get in between and in Staff Meetings with respect bring relevant and creative ideas. I am aware of the things I had to work on from my last application which was sharing accounts. I am currently not sharing a single account and I understand the importance of the handbook and will be active and will actively continue participating in the WarZ Council in a positive way and bring ideas.

I will also write anything for Brawl and if I am ever needed I can always pause school work. I will make sure to be online with the players and also build if needed, help during tests, meetings and staff as well as player conversations. I currently feel more ready than ever due to my knowledge. However If there is anything you reading this would like me to improve ingame, from my last application or in general, pm me and I would be tremendously glad to know what I can amend.

    Thank you for your time,
    - Warrey

You've made big improvements from your last application which has proved to me that you're willing to be patient and put the time in to join our current staff team on WarZ. The only thing I would seriously drill into you is to still try and cut down on the amount of accounts you use even if they aren't shared as any actions on them can take a toll on you if hijacked or eventually shared.

I see no issues in having you on our staff team and think you'd make a good addition. +1

Oh dear, thank you so much Ritzy. I will always continue to contribute and focus on what’s important, Brawl Games and the WarZ community. I will therefore in the future only help people on Warrey.

    Hi Warrey,

You have shown that you are able to be trustworthy and contributive given your position on the council, as well as mature and helpful based on what I've seen across all mediums of the Brawl network in the past month.

It’s an honor, who would thought “Titan” himself would even notice me three years ago? It’s insane how we’re all still here. Continue to spread positivity as well as inspiring others. Thank you so much for your support Striker, this means a lot to me.

I personally think you would fit a great part in the staff team, considering your activity both on the forums and in-game, your ideas and opinions to the game mode and contribution hold together a big opportunity. However, you have continuously asked me to review your application and to me that is a big deal breaker, you need to be patient and optimistic during your application process and for this I will be giving you a
    +0.

Thank you so much for the word. I am aware of the mistake I did. You are the only staff I have asked to check it out and this will not happened again. I did not think about it at all and asked the group and you as a friend in the discord call. It was mostly to reach out to everyone in the call while also speaking to another applicant. I definitely see what I could of done better. However I did die a lot in fights meaning I had some spare time where I made a fool of myself. I am deeply sorry for my mistake and would like to thank you very much for your constructive feedback that I have been given.

As Ritzy previously stated, I would cut down the accounts you use, especially the ones that certain permed players have had access to in the past.

You've improved greatly in regards to maturity over the past few months. I'm rather impressed with this application, as it is a step up from your past ones. I see no reason to hold off any longer on giving you the rank, +1.

I am extremely thankful and filled with joy when such a talented staff member like you show up to tell me that I am ready. Thank you so much for supporting me and are willing to give me this opportunity. Also NMH, make sure to continue do you and there will be hope in this community.

I will most likely only be on Warrey and leave out the accounts that has other people’s involvement.
