By treating each case seperately we could give different punishments for the same rule break?

I did not miss anything. I just disagree with you. Logging into a server with modifications that are not allowed, and clearly using them, is a bannable offense. Just because you don't show using it in a different scenario doesn't change the fact you blatantly have it installed, loaded, and know you're using it.

 

Bro XD I log in every single day "with the modification" since I use pvplounge, the mod is there everytime, I can choose do I use it or not. Personally I don't like that mod, I prefer normal toggle perspective. So should I be banned for logging in everyday with pvplounge and lunar?

What I am suggesting treating case like mine different than case where a player blatantly uses hacks like kill aura obviously for advantage like killing someone in the kitpvp arena.

 

I'm not familiar with pvplounge but I do know for fact that Lunar client let's you choose which mods are enabled and disabled.

They puts it on a disallowed list and says nothing to anyone, No announcement, nothing. Pretty fair imo

this thread is so funny, people who are questioning the rule is giving good arguments and reasons why it shouldnt be a rule or why it should be allowed like everything else like minimap. And those ones who is against that, their only arguments are pretty much "It is a rule, dont break rules, your own fault if you break rules" and "It gives big advantage over vanilla" but for example cant explain how.

Well yes lol? like we do in a real life? You can break the same law in irl but if someone does it harder or bigger he gets punished harder?
If i break a rule for 10 seconds in a kitpvp arena OBVIOUSLY for joke, I should not get a lifetime ban in my opinion. But anyways Brawl makes these decisions and I truly think these are one of the reasons the player count is so low.

I dont get this why some of yall are defending this so freaking hard and cant even think about a solutions where it was moved to allowed list or changing up the punishment. I posted 1 clip and i got lifetime ban, very much motivation to record and pots **** XD

 

Minimap is bannable and you just admitted you use it? At least people got banned for it in thr past
