What is your in-game name? - As of now, tupaq19.

Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - Yes, my account is secured and migrated.

How old are you? - I am currently nineteen years of age.

What time zone are you in? - I am in Pacific Standard Time.

Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - Not very much. I am fluent in English and I understand and can speak some Spanish.

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - My experience with brawl goes back a very long time, even before Brawl. I started playing Mc-War when it was by itself without WarZ or anything else. I joined mc-war as one of the first players back in 2012. I remember me and my friend were looking for servers to play on and the gun plugin on War drew us in. Since then, I have continuously played Brawl and Mc-War and I still play now. I have taken some breaks here and there but I never fully left.

I am most experienced with Mc-War legacy. For people that were around back in the day, I used to be rank one on the leaderboards for a solid amount of time. I invested so much of my time towards this server and I still couldn’t get enough of it. After @Lekosa1 passed me as rank one on the leaderboards, I stopped playing as much and started looking around for other gamemodes and servers but never had the same fun I had on war. I thought I was going to fully quit as College started but that was far from the truth. Instead of quitting, I got more active and since then, I have been getting back into playing brawl with old friends of mine. As stated above, playing Brawl has brought me so much joy to my life that I never thought a video game could. I have met some amazing people on this server and have made incredible memories. I plan on staying very active considering the fact that my College classes are now online and I have a lot of spare time that I can use to be online.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I was an admin on my friends survival server back when Minecraft came out. The server wasn’t up for very long and I was only admin because I knew the owner of the server. Other than that, I do not have experience with moderating servers.

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I have been wanting to apply for a position on the staff team for a very long time. I used to start applications but never finished them. I always thought of the idea of becoming a moderator was exactly like being a role model. As a moderator, you have to be experienced with the gamemode you are moderating and I have more than enough experience on War to do so. Another big aspect about being a staff member is your level of maturity. I have struggled with this in the past. I used to not be the nicest person on this server and I would say rude things towards people to receive attention. This however, was quite a long time ago and I feel like I have matured to the point where I can control when I need to be serious and where I can be goofy and funny to a certain extent. Furthermore, a big reason I want to become a staff member is because I want to play a big role in events. In the past, I have seen @Snail_5_ host war events and I always had a blast playing. It got to a point where I wanted to co-lead these war events along-side Snail so I could enjoy the event and give to the war community. I have been apart of this community since it started and seeing it disappear was such a hard thing for me. I want to support it anyway I can and seeing a rise in players recently, I see that this is my best opportunity to step in and fill the spot as a role model with all my knowledge and experience I have gained over the years and help the war community thrive.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - I believe I used x-ray back in 2013 on a survival server to find diamonds more easily but other than that, I have not.

Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - I have been muted on Brawl for using excessive language and caps back in 2017 but that was my last mute. I have not been punished on Brawl since.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I think I would consider my biggest strength my knowledge of Mc-War. Considering I have been playing War since 2012, I have around eight years of experience and I understand both Legacy War and 2.0 War. Furthermore, I can easily answer anyone’s questions about the gamemode, and support newer players that are adjusting to the gamemode.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I would consider my greatest weakness my maturity. As I stated above, I have received mutes for excessive language and unnecessary caps in my past. However, that was three years ago. I have grown more mature in those years and I believe that I am ready to take on the responsibility.

Which Brawl server(s) are you most active on? - Definitely Mc-War. I have been getting more active on WarZ and party but I still devote my time towards War.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - This is my first application.

Anything else you would like to state? - I appreciate anyone and everyone for reading over my application and I hope to get to know a lot more of you guys better in the future. I really hope the War community can make a revival and I hope I can help in the process.

Well sadly, I do not think this pandemic will end anytime soon. I am quite sure that people will stay active for quite a while. Also, with the amount of players that are returning, some have become more active and there are chances that quite a few of them might not leave after the pandemic is over. I include myself in that section of players because being in University gave me more free time that I will use to be online and active on Brawl and I wouldn't be surprised if there are others like me. Furthermore, even if I was accepted as jmod, I wouldn't be able to "fix" the player count because that is beyond my power. I would do everything I possibly could to help the community thrive with war events and competitions in the hopes that players keep returning to play.

I appreciate your response because you bring up good points. I actually do play the WarZ and Party gamemodes everyday when I'm having a break on war. Obviously, I am most active on war but if needed or the player count drops severely, I'll hop on WarZ or party and play for quite a while. I do enjoy those gamemodes a lot but I decided to apply for War because I am most experienced and active on that. I played CTF when it was its separate server and I still have different kits I bought when I played. Considering the player count is usually quite decent for CTF, I'll probably start playing a little when I am having a break from War.

For your question about war specifically, I have been active everyday helping new players, answering questions and anything else I can possibly do for the community. I do /report and /chatreport quite often but staff members don't always hop on. I do have some ideas for events like bringing back old maps, combining two small maps if there are enough players, having all kill streaks and guns be open to all players so they can try them out, and etc. I hope that answers your questions.
