    No, she is not, she is really hard to use to kill someone. The only time when she is actually at a good position to kill people, is in small rooms and when she is fighting a genji lol. Also, you need incredible aim to kill with her, and her orbs bounce around too much to be a difference in a fight. What is a moogabooga
