Idea Re-adding teleport requests not being cancelled upon relog

    Before the null tp feature was added, you were able to tp to someone, relog from the server, and still have a pending tp. For whatever reason, making it to where if you tp to someone not online, your tp timer is not restarted essentially broke this helpful feature.
