Idea Add an in-game system for splitting boosters

It has become rather popular to "split" boosters with another player (i.e. one person buys rare loot and the other person buys double loot), so I think it would make sense to have an in-game system to coordinate these boosters and facilitate the purchase of more boosters as people would be more willing to buy one booster if they know another person could see their booster split request and buy a booster (these would then activate together). Booster-split requests would be accessed through the /boosters menu and would be essentially a server-wide message lasting a variable amount of time saying someone else's booster will be activated if you agree to activate the other one.
