Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I speak fluent English and some Spanish.

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I’ve been active on Brawl for almost 6 years, and have played every gamemode multiple times. I have the most experience with playing War, Build, CTF and Party, and have spent a little time on WarZ and Raid, but overall War is the server I’m most active on. As Snail_5_’s appointed assistant for managing the addition of new maps to War (and a member of the war council) I often assist war staff with the building and setting up of new maps, and the coordination of what maps will be added to the game and when. I feel I contribute a fair amount to the gamemode, and could do even more for the community as a staff member. I have also been an official Builder for the server since April 25th, and although that isn’t a lot of time, I feel this shows I am mature enough to represent the server, and I am dedicated to its improvement.
What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I’m an administrator on a small server and am in charge of helping create game modes, as well as building lobbies and maps. Although the server is small and mostly just friends, I have gained some experience with managing game modes. I have also had a semi-staff rank (builder) on the server for a little over a month as previously mentioned, and have learned a good deal in this time about the level of maturity it takes to be an official staff member.
Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I’d like to help maintain a good reputation for Brawl, by assisting players when they need it, keeping hackers off the servers and overall keeping chat civil, fun, and friendly. Malicious, disruptive, and excessively annoying comments from players can ruin the game for others, and as a staff member I feel I’d be diligent in warning and/or punishing those who make the server a less enjoyable place to be. I also hope to continue to bring new things to Brawl, as I have been through creating maps for War, such as helping manage, plan, or host future events.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - No, I have never used a hacked client and I never plan to.
Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - I have been warned in the past a few years ago for using harmful language, and I have since tried to watch myself and refrain from making hurtful comments towards others in game. I was also temporarily banned for xp farming, and I regret ever doing so. I wasn’t clear on the rules against it at the time, and would never do so again, as I am not one to deliberately violate rules of the server.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - My greatest strength would be my connections within the community. I feel that a large number of players know and trust me, often bringing issues to my attention as well as discussing ideas and possible improvements. Having good connections with players on the server means I am always looking for ways to make the game more enjoyable for those who value their time spent there, and I will always hear them out, value their opinions, ideas, and concerns.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness I would say is my knowledge of how to balance guns in the game. This is not to mean that I’m blinded to which guns should be more or less powerful, or how certain guns should perform, but more in the sense that it’s not my specific area of expertise. I’ve been a part of gun balancing discussions in the past and do have some understanding of what’s needed, I’m just not the most knowledgeable in this area. I feel I offer other things to the gamemode, such as my building skills and creativity when it comes to ways to keep the community active and engaged, in addition to my activity and being able to be there to help keep order on the server. With time and experience in this area, I can easily overcome this challenge.

Anything else you would like to state? - I was denied for my first application a year ago mostly for my immaturity, and after a hiatus and some time to reflect, I feel I have resolved this issue and no longer see problems with it whatsoever. I’m not proud of the way I used to act a year ago, but can more confidently say now that I’m a much more respectful player. Thank you for reading!

As a personal weakness that could affect staff duties, I'd say at times I worry too much about how other people think of me, and this can affect my level of confidence. I may sometimes be uncomfortable in social situations online if I worry too much about other people's opinions. However, becoming close with a few people in the community has helped me greatly with this issue, and I've learned to not be affected as much by unnecessary harsh words, criticisms from others, or conversation topics that make me uncomfortable. Although this has affected my level of confidence in the past, my friends in the community are constantly helping me realize my own worth, and I am growing more day by day to be stronger and more confident in not letting others words affect me negatively, in order to focus on what needs to get done. I will never lash out if I'm hurt by something someone says, and I will always try to push through times where I am uncomfortable to get done what needs to get done.
