The Future of Brawl​

Sup Brawlers,

@xxMineSheepxx and myself will be filling Putty’s boots as Owners of Brawl. We're both very optimistic about the future of Brawl and are willing to put all the time necessary into it to make Brawl great again.

What to expect from us:

Gamemode Additions
We polled you all about which new gamemodes you would like to see, and you let us know! The results are posted below. As we're all about being custom and unique, we're going to introduce one of these to start:

• 279 votes: Factions (15.96%)
• 439 votes: Skyblock (25.11%)
• 271 votes: Survival (15.5%)
• 163 votes: Towny (9.32%)
• 342 votes: Prison (19.57%)
• 254 votes: Creative (Plots) (14.53%)

Player Prizes & Giveaways
We know! We've been lacking in the prize department. We're giving back this holiday to you, the player. Get involved in-game, on the forums, and Discord for a chance to win. At this time, we've collected: Steam Gift Cards, OptiFine Capes, and Minecraft gift codes. Also, expect some season based events where top leaders get paid cash money.

Voting & Referrals
With this, we're looking to add even more to our vote rewards. We currently have vote streaks, milestones, and token prizes. The goal is to add more unlockable through crates. These would range from à-la-carte cosmetics to lifetime ranks. Players will be able to invite or refer friends in order to gain some additional rewards. PogChamp in the chat.

Fresh Look
Our current image isn't too bad, but we're going to switch things up! Expect a new logo, lobby maps, website theme, and even Discord design. If you have any ideas for the colors and theme, we'd love to hear them.

Gamemode Removals
We feel its necessary to shut the doors on a couple of our servers. We've dreaded doing so as every gamemode has its own hardcore community. However, with our new plans we want to be able to focus as a team better. This means delivering on current goals before returning back to these gamemodes. In the future, we hope to dedicate our time to bringing the servers you love and know back when we can give them the attention they need. We hope you understand.

Staff Reorganization
These plans wouldn't be possible without our awesome staff team. We're revitalizing the team with some new faces in new positions. As of now, MineSheep and myself are leading the network. Later this week we will be bringing up new Admins and Senior Moderators. We’ve got a new dev, a stronger staff team, and we’re confident that we’re headed in the right direction.
