What is your in-game name? - Cardonation

Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - Yes, nobody has ever had access to my account besides myself.

How old are you? - I am 17 years of age.

What time zone are you in? - Pacific Standard Time (UTC -8)

Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - My primary language is English and I understand a small amount of Spanish; however, I don't know enough to be considered bilingual.

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - My experience with Brawl itself started back around 2014, where I would occasionally play Minecraft Party with a couple of friends. I hadn't become very involved with the community or the server until one of my favorite gamemodes, Capture the Flag, was bought by Brawl (around February of 2017). Despite this, I have deep knowledge of the gamemode's history being a veteran player since January of 2013. I also spent about 4 months as a member of Brawl's staff team before departing due to IRL circumstances. I have been back for a little over a month now, updating myself on several changes that have been made to CTF and Brawl's community as a whole.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - As stated previously, I was a moderator for Brawl for a few months (August 2019-January 2020), becoming a moderator and the assistant events manager before leaving the staff team. I have gained experience with the protocol on this server specifically and spent many hours hosting events, participating and contributing in staff discussion, and properly using the punishment system. I haven't been a moderator on any other Minecraft servers before.

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I would like to become a moderator again to help improve the server and to take up a leadership role. I've noticed recent outcry from the CTF community about a lack of interaction between the staff and the community as a whole; even though I've definitely noticed more involvement than before, I still see more room to come in and help bridge that gap (especially with my unique place in the community). My hopes and dreams for the CTF gamemode have not faded, nor has my dedication, and I wish to put forth my abilities to excellent usage on the server.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - I used the Wurst client once to gain better understanding of hacked clients and what they're capable of on a Singleplayer world. I also used Damage Indicators and Xray on a modded Singleplayer survival world. I have never logged onto a multiplayer server with hacked clients in use, and I've never downloaded a hacked client on my current computer.

Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - I have only ever been kicked once during a Mineplex game (Bridges) for abusing a glitch with my brother. I have 3 false automatic bans on Brawl as well as 1 kick (this was during an official match since I went AFK and my team needed to bring in a substitute, not for any rulebreaking).

What do you consider your greatest strength? - My greatest strength by far is my ability to innovate and organize. I have brought up many suggestions for not only CTF, but Brawl as a whole (during my time on staff) that have encouraged thought-provoking conversation and even made it into the game. Some examples include:

- Purchasable Name Tags for Weapons

- Limiting Ninja caps via command on Match server (done during my absence, originally my idea here: https://www.brawl.com/threads/73497/)

- Buffing Chemist's protection armor values to a reasonable amount (8%->12%)

- 2 Purchasable boosters for CTF (done during my absence, originally my idea)

- CTF class achievements awarding a special tag, naming the majority of these achievements

- Contributed to the Necro rework (stuff like wither/absorption etc.)

These are just a few of the things I've come up with and continue to suggest every day in the Community Discord, on forums occasionally, and to staff in DMs. This couples with my organization to be my bread and butter, as I've created and hosted many events and PPMs in the past to constantly improve my leadership abilities.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness would have to be my tendency to give the benefit of the doubt to many people. This has definitely impacted my ability to consistently watch hackers in the past of my own accord (only watching someone that others may call suspicious if asked). This has also caused my opinion to sometimes be contradictory and incorrect in certain situations (often IRL) simply because of the mindset I abide to. However, I'm also very open minded and very cooperative with others, meaning that this weakness won't be troublesome to overcome.

Which Brawl server(s) are you most active on? - I am most active on CTF by far, with over 75 days worth of playtime on my main account. I have been an active and helpful member of the CTF Community Discord for years, along with being a PPM Host for most of my time spent in the discord. I've been involved in the competitive scene of CTF for a similar amount of time, playing official matches for the following teams: Totally Not Solar Eclipse, Defiance, Scorch (I was a leader for this one), The Crusaders, Delta Force, and Annihilation.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - 2; they were the same application posted on different dates.

Thank you for your feedback as well! I have had a couple of people ask about this, and it's very valid to bring up. I do not plan on taking a break like that once more and I purposely waited before applying again to confirm that this is a position I can dedicate myself to. Last time, I took a break to devote more time to pressing IRL issues, all of which have been resolved. That being said, I'm confident a break of that magnitude won't happen again.
